Frisco has always been popular for being the geographic hub of Summit County, Colorado. Even in the late 1800’s Frisco Colorado was a hopping spot with a reported 19 dancehalls and 20 saloons. In fact, way back in the 1800’s Frisco had a population of around 2500 and today the Town of Frisco has around 2697! Of course today there are many more second homeowners enjoying the Frisco Real Estate that has boomed along with the Frisco property owner’s population (second Frisco homeowners account for nearly 4,200 making the total population just under 7,000). The town amenities have grown and adjusted to accommodate the demands and interest of the current population making Frisco Colorado a premier town in Summit County and a very ‘in demand’ location for mountain real estate.

On the east side of Frisco is Lake Dillon and to the west the Town of Frisco is nestled into both the Ten Mile Range and the Gore Range – both Ranges meet in Frisco. Those that own and stay in their Frisco home or condo are able to enjoy Frisco’s spectacular views and amenities such as dining, shopping or pursuing an activity of interest. Even if you are not here to purchase Frisco Real Estate the town offers plenty to do for enjoyment and terrific real estate to rent.

While spending time in your Frisco property is great enjoyment in itself property owners and visitors alike will enjoy being close to other activities in Summit County, CO.
